Jet Jeweler is not responsible for any stolen, lost, delayed, or damaged packages once dropped off to the carrier.

Processing Times

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days when placed during business hours (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Times

Orders take 5-7 business days to deliver. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Tracking number is provided once order has been shipped through email.

If tracking has not updated, we recommend contacting your local carrier for updates while in transit.
